Shipping and Returns

**Due to covid-19 there will be unpredictable delays, the current shipping information below does not apply during this pandemic. International orders will be mostly effected. 
For specific shipping information and times please contact your local post office and ask for estimated delivery times for parcels coming from Melbourne Australia 3181. Thank you for your support during these difficult times we appreciate each and every order!
Refunds will not be issued for delayed parcels.
Australia Post: "We're experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19. We're working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible"

Coco Fields has both ready to ship items and made to order items. The ready to ship items ship within 2 business days. Our made to order items ship within 3-6 business days. Please see below for the shipping times from when you place your order. 

Delivery time within Australia is 4-8  business days from when you order. However during busy times cut off dates will be announced on our Instagram for specific events and weekends. (NO refunds if shipping time is exceeded). If you add express shipping to your order, shipping times will become 2-5 business days. 

International shipping times range from 10-20 business days, however some items may be withheld in customs. International express shipping will have your product delivered within 10 business days from when you order.

You will receive an email with tracking when your items have been shipped. .We are not accountable for taxes and customs charges placed on international recipients, incorrect addresses or returned mail due to failure of collection. We also cannot refund lost items unless you've paid for signed shipped.

Here at coco fields we want you to be 100% happy with your item, but as every items is lovingly handmade just for you we will only allow it to be exchanged but not returned. Please send it back to the return address with a note enclosed stating the your address and item you want to exchange it for. You MUST include a pre-paid satchel to have your new item sent back in. If you are a customer from outside Australia please email us for instructions. 
The process will take 1-3 weeks.
